This phase continues the personalized coaching experience, with ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and programming adjustments tailored to individual goals. It’s designed to keep clients progressing while reinforcing the discipline and habits developed during the introductory phase.

  • Following three months on the Gold Package, clients advance to our Platinum Package, priced at $150 per month. This package offers continued expert coaching, long-term support, and customized programming to sustain results and keep pushing for new milestones. Clients can remain in the Platinum Package for as long as they choose, ensuring lifelong progress with Lifted Factor’s support.
